Ultrasonic leak testing (LT)

The ultrasonic leak testing technique allows to locate the place and size of the leak. We use this method when testing cargo parts of ships, rooms, tanks. In such situations, we place a multi-directional transmitter emitting ultrasonic waves from 19 emitters inside an enclosed space. Outside, the waves that leave through possible leaks are received by the receiver. The assessment of the size of the leakage is made by means of a digital scale reading.
